Today, Syzygy AG's Supervisory Board has appointed Andy Stevens to the Group Management Board, with effect from January 1, 2010. On the Board, he will join Marco Seiler and Frank Wolfram.
The appointment of a third Board Member is part of Syzygy?s growth strategy, a key component of which is the internationalisation of the Group.
Andy Stevens is the founder and Managing Director of London-based online marketing agency uniquedigital. The company was acquired by Syzygy in March 2007 and is one of the most successful entities within the Group. As Chief Operating Officer, Andy Stevens will particularly focus on the UK market.
